Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MORE Protocol service ("Service") operated by MORE Protocol LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MORE Protocol is a non-custodial DeFi auto-savings protocol. The Service automatically deposits a percentage of your trading volume into yield-generating vaults. You maintain full control of your funds at all times through your self-custodial wallet.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

MORE Protocol is non-custodial. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds. All transactions are executed through smart contracts on public blockchains. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials.

4. Risks

Using the Service involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain network failures or congestion
  • Price volatility and impermanent loss
  • Regulatory changes affecting DeFi protocols
  • Third-party protocol risks (yield vaults, bridges)

You acknowledge these risks and agree that MORE Protocol LLC is not liable for any losses incurred through use of the Service.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency or DeFi services are prohibited.

6. Fees

The protocol charges a fee on auto-save deposits. Current fee structure: 85% of each deposit goes to your savings, 8.5% to the protocol, and 6.5% to referrers. Fees are subject to change with notice.

7. Referral Program

Users may earn rewards by referring others to the Service. Referral rewards are paid atomically from deposits made by referred users. Abuse of the referral program, including self-referral or fraudulent activity, may result in termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MORE Protocol LLC. Smart contracts deployed on public blockchains are open source and subject to their respective licenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORE PROTOCOL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
